Architect provides a feature whereby you can manually add focal points to images in your WP media library by simply clicking the point in the image that is the focal point.
Setting a focal point means the key part of your image is always visible, no matter how you crop it.
No cropping
Focal point has been set on the hair dryer; on the woman’s head; midway between the eyes of the girls; and between the eyes of the single girl.

Caveat: If using “Trim” option in “Effect on resize” setting, Focal Point may not be apparent because Trim centres images irrespective of the focal point
